Mavioa Privacy Policy

Mavioa is an iPhone planner that connects tasks and recurring habits with chosen app rewards. This policy explains how the current app, this website and support communications handle information.

How information is handled

Planning information on your device

Mavioa stores habits, one-off tasks, scheduled task and history records, completion and streak progress, notes and other planning fields you enter. It also stores reward settings, permission-lifecycle information and app preferences. Planning and history are kept in the main app's private local storage; CloudKit synchronization is disabled.

Why the app uses this information

Local processing supports your plan, recurring schedules, completion targets, habit streaks, reminders and the rules connecting work to reward apps. Habits have individual streaks; one-off tasks do not create habit streaks. Mavioa does not require an account or login.

Reward apps and Apple permissions

Mavioa uses Apple's Family Controls, ManagedSettings and DeviceActivity tools to apply your chosen app restrictions. Apple's selection interface supplies opaque application tokens, which Mavioa stores for that purpose. The current app does not derive selected application names, bundle identifiers or domains from these tokens, and does not upload them to a Mavioa server.

Limited sharing within Mavioa

The app shares the limited restriction rules and application tokens needed by its on-device background monitoring component through Apple's App Group mechanism. This is local sharing between Mavioa components, not a server transfer. The restriction-screen appearance component has no access to that shared group; the main planning database remains private to the main app.

Local reminders

With notification permission, Mavioa schedules reminders on your device rather than sending push notifications from a Mavioa server. A reminder can contain a task or habit title. iOS may show it on the Lock Screen or elsewhere according to your notification and preview settings. You can change those settings in iOS Settings.

Network collection and other software

The current app has no Mavioa backend that automatically receives your planning or reward-selection data. It has no app analytics, advertising, tracking, telemetry or crash-upload integration. Apple system services provide storage, permissions, restrictions and notifications; bundled animation software renders app visuals locally. These services remain subject to the platform's own operation and privacy settings.

Retention, deletion and backups

Planning and history generally remain on your device until changed or deleted in Mavioa, or removed with the app's data. Habit deletion offers keeping past history while stopping future occurrences, or deleting the habit with its history. Deleting a one-off task also removes its related history. No universal fixed retention period applies. Normal iOS/device backup and restore behavior may retain copies; deleting in Mavioa does not promise immediate erasure from every backup.

Changing your permissions

You can revoke Screen Time permission in iOS Settings. Mavioa then cannot enforce its app restrictions, while task completion remains usable and planning/history are preserved. Reauthorizing does not automatically reactivate old reward selections: a fresh application selection is required. Notification permission can be changed separately.

This website

This site does not include analytics or third-party tracking scripts, cookies, browser-storage use or a support submission form. Fonts are bundled locally. Hosting or delivery providers may process standard technical request information, such as IP address, requested page and request time, to serve the site and maintain its operation. The handling and retention of those logs depend on the hosting provider and its configuration. Website hosting is separate from the app's local data processing.

Support and privacy inquiries

If you email teomanakman5@gmail.com, your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send are processed to respond to your request. This is voluntary correspondence, separate from automatic app data collection, and uses the email provider's services. Send only what is needed and avoid sensitive information. You can use the same address to ask about privacy or request deletion of support correspondence; no fixed email-retention or backup-erasure guarantee is made.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when Mavioa's features or information handling change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Review this page for the current description of the app, website and support practices.
